You can delete your Fatoora account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is deleted and what we are legally required to keep.
By email, which is the route we recommend: write to mail@fatoora.dev from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your identity, close the account, and reply when it is done — normally within 30 days.
Or from inside the app: Settings → Account → Close my account. It is deliberately not a prominent button. These are tax records, and an irreversible erasure sitting one mis-tap away from everything else would be the wrong design for a document set you are legally required to keep.
If you have a paid subscription, your account stays fully usable until the end of the calendar month in which you asked. Nothing closes, nothing changes and nothing is charged again before then.
Fatoora issues legal tax documents, so Israeli tax law sets a minimum retention period we cannot override. We are honest about that rather than promising deletion we are not allowed to perform.

אין צורך למחוק דבר. באפליקציה: הגדרות ← מנוי ← ביטול מנוי. הגישה נשמרת עד סוף החודש, ולאחר מכן עדיין אפשר להיכנס ולצפות בחשבוניות — פשוט לא ניתן להפיק חדשות עד לחידוש המנוי. שום דבר לא נמחק.
בדוא"ל — הדרך המומלצת: שלחו הודעה אל mail@fatoora.dev מהכתובת הרשומה בחשבון, עם הנושא "מחיקת חשבון". נאמת את זהותכם, נסגור את החשבון ונשיב לכם, בדרך כלל תוך 30 יום.
או מתוך האפליקציה: הגדרות ← חשבון ← סגירת החשבון. הכפתור מוסתר בכוונה: מדובר ברשומות מס, ומחיקה בלתי הפיכה במרחק הקשה אחת אינה מתאימה למסמכים שאתם מחויבים בחוק לשמור. אם יש מנוי בתשלום, החשבון נשאר פעיל עד סוף החודש שבו פניתם.
פרטי ההתחברות — שם, דוא"ל, טלפון והסיסמה — נמחקים, כל המכשירים מנותקים מיד וגישת רואה החשבון מבוטלת. לא ניתן עוד להיכנס לחשבון. החשבוניות והקבלות שהופקו, פרטי העסק והלקוחות המופיעים בהן נשמרים שבע שנים כנדרש בהוראות ניהול פנקסי חשבונות, ויומני האבטחה נשמרים 12 חודשים כנדרש מתוכנה המחוברת לשע"מ. לאחר מכן הם נמחקים.
בנוסף נשמרת לשבע שנים רשומה סגורה של זהות בעל החשבון — שם, פרטי קשר ומספר עוסק — לצד אותם מסמכים, כדי שניתן יהיה לומר לרשות המסים למי הם שייכים. הרשומה נגישה למנהלי המערכת בלבד ולעולם לא דרך האפליקציה.
מחיקת החשבון אינה מבטלת מנוי שנרכש דרך Google Play או App Store — יש לבטל אותו בחנות.
يمكنك حذف حساب فاتورة وبياناته في أي وقت.
لا حاجة لحذف أي شيء. من التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الاشتراك ← إلغاء الاشتراك. يبقى وصولك كاملًا حتى نهاية الشهر، وبعدها يمكنك الدخول ومطالعة فواتيرك — لكن لا يمكنك إصدار فواتير جديدة حتى تشترك من جديد. ولا يُحذف شيء.
بالبريد الإلكتروني، وهي الطريقة التي ننصح بها: أرسل رسالة إلى mail@fatoora.dev من العنوان المسجّل في الحساب، وبعنوان "حذف حسابي". سنتحقق من هويتك ونغلق الحساب ونردّ عليك، عادةً خلال 30 يومًا.
أو من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← إغلاق حسابي. الزر غير بارز عن قصد: هذه سجلات ضريبية، ولا يصحّ أن يكون محوها النهائي على بُعد لمسة واحدة من كل شيء آخر. وإذا كان لديك اشتراك مدفوع يبقى الحساب فعّالًا حتى نهاية الشهر الذي قدّمت فيه الطلب.
بيانات الدخول — الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والهاتف وكلمة المرور — تُمحى، وتُنهى الجلسات على كل الأجهزة فورًا، ويُلغى وصول المحاسب، ولا يعود بالإمكان الدخول إلى الحساب. أمّا الفواتير والإيصالات الصادرة وبيانات النشاط التجاري والزبائن الواردون فيها فتُحفظ سبع سنوات وفق قانون مسك الدفاتر الإسرائيلي، وسجلّات الأمان 12 شهرًا كما تشترط سلطة الضرائب، ثم تُحذف.
كما يُحفظ سبع سنوات سجلّ مغلق لهوية صاحب الحساب — الاسم وبيانات الاتصال ورقم النشاط التجاري — إلى جانب تلك المستندات، ليتسنّى إبلاغ سلطة الضرائب بصاحبها. لا يصل إليه إلا مدراء النظام، ولا يظهر في التطبيق أبدًا.
حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك المشترى عبر Google Play أو App Store — يجب إلغاؤه من المتجر.
